Exercise 1

We make the future continuous tense with 'will' + 'be' + the present partiple of a verb (-ing).

Full forms: I will be sitting on the train at 10 o'clock.
Short forms: She'll be cooking dinner when you come back home.



Test 1. It's Sunday, 10 o'clock in the morning and the Scott family are enjoying their free time.
Use the verbs in brackets to write what they will be doing this time on Monday.


Mr. Scott is cleaning his car in the garage.

Mrs. Scott is reading a fashion magazine.
