Exercise 2

We make future continuous questions by changing the word order of a statement.

This time next week Marion will be doing her final exams.
- What will Marion be doing this time next week?

People will not be buying cars with combustion engines in two decades.
- Will people not be buying cars with combustion engines in two decades?
- Won't people be buying cars with combustion engines in two decades?

A: I can take you to the airport.

B: It would be nice. that way? (you/go)

A: Shall I say hello to her?

B: Why not? to her? (you/write)

A: Are you coming back at 11 o'clock? Sarah and Jimmy can stay up late tonight.

B: Really? for me? (they/wait)

A: Mr. Johnson won't be in his office at ten o'clock.

B: It's a shame. the new contract in London? (he/sign)

A: I'll be in the forest tomorrow morning.

B: In the forest? What there? (you/do)

A: There won't be enough oil in a couple of decades.
